How do I schedule an estimate?

If you would like to schedule an estimate, fill out the service request form or email [email protected].

How much does it cost?

The estimated cost of a project is based on the type of work and the time involved.  We offer estimates on a time and material (T&M) or fixed cost basis.   Our in-house labor rates range between $85-105 per hour.  Materials and subcontractors are charged with a markup.

How do I pay?

We will email you an invoice when the service is complete.  Larger projects may require a deposit to start and receive in-progress invoices.  We accept payment by credit card, check, or bank transfer.  There is a fee added for credit card payments.

Is there a warranty?

All in-house labor and subcontractor work is guaranteed for a period of one year.  Materials are guaranteed per the manufacturer’s warranty.  Items purchased directly by the Owner are not included in our warranty.
